Event Details
* Ladies are you ready for this one? Not only is this class sexy but it is a great workout! Come learn basic pole tricks, sexy dance moves, flexibility enhancing stretches and how to let go and have fun! Pre-registration required.
WARNING: No late admittance for anyone 20-minutes after class has begun (no exceptions). There are no refunds once your payment is processed. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of class. Be sure to bring your receipt of payment for admittance. First time students must arrive a minimum of 10-minutes before class time to complete injury "waiver and release".

Suggested items to bring:

  • 2 towels (1 for you, 1 for the pole)
  • wrist wraps
  • knee pads
  • NO oils
  • water is available at the studio for $1.00

What to wear (SUGGESTIONS ONLY):

  • stilettos
  • high knee latex boots (the higher the heel the better, but low heels are definitely welcomed. 
  • please monitor your pole for perspiration and movement during session.
  • boy shorts. NO THONGS PLEASE!
  • school girl skirt.
  • fishnets.
  • side-tied bikini bottoms.

** Students on a Waiting List must be present to get into class. You will not receive prior notification that a space has opened up.**
